Duncan has over 20 years experience in the technology and telecoms sectors. He has co-founded two telecom start-ups and divested four ventures to companies such as Clear Channel and Virgin Media.

Duncan recently served as the UK Telecoms – Business Development Director at Arqiva. During his time at Arqiva he held a range of positions across sales, product, and strategy disciplines. At Arqiva, Duncan was focused on rural coverage, urban capacity solutions and M&A activity including the divestment of three business units enabling the eventual sale of Arqiva Telecom to Cellnex. Prior to this he worked as a management consultant providing strategic advice to a number of telecoms, Internet and technology organisations.

Duncan has a BEng in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Electronic Communications from Plymouth University; Duncan is also a Young Enterprise business advisor in Buckinghamshire, UK.
